Paul was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and spent his summers at the New Jersey shore. He relocated to the Wildwoods in 1987 and started his career in real estate. The Wildwoods are a barrier island 90 miles south of Philadelphia, 150 miles south of New York, and 150 miles east of Baltimore and D.C. We are a summer resort/beach town that mostly caters to middle to upper level second home buyers. Paul opened Oceanside Realty in 1991 with the goal of offering a team-oriented approach while providing superior customer service in the Wildwoods.

Paul's true strength is the team he has established which consists of specialized licensed professionals who offer their full attention to even the smallest detail. Since 1991, Team Oceanside has specialized in marketing and renting single family homes, condos, town homes, and also has represented a variety of developers. Paul's personal niche is selling motels and residences along the beach and has over $300 million in sales since 1998.

Paul holds CRB and CRB designations, and is also a CCIM candidate. He is a Howard Brinton Star Power star and is ranked #109 by the National Association of REALTORS. He resides in Wildwood Crest with his wife, Kathleen and their two children, Anthony and Michael.

Licensed since 1996, Christy Lewandowski's easy going nature and commitment to making good things happen for her clients have resulted in many happy customers and a multitude of repeat clients and referrals. Christy has a firm belief that service to clients does not end at the settlement table. She remains in touch with clients and has a genuine interest in them. Christy is also a licensed Associate Broker in Pennsylvania.

Loryn resides in Wildwood Crest with her husband Ed. The Deane’s have three grown children; Jesse, a local attorney, Casey a teacher in Vermont and Jennifer, manager of several sleeps laboratories in Central New Jersey. Seven grandchildren and their activities are the focus of Loryn’s leisure time which was stretched to the max when Jesse’s triplets arrived in February of 2004.

Susan joined Oceanside Realty in June of 2008 as a sales representative for the Grand at Diamond Beach high-rise luxury condominiums. Prior to joining Oceanside, Susan worked as a sales agent for Orleans Home Builders in East Greenwich, New Jersey. Susan excelled at this top Homebuilders firm, ranked the largest homebuilder in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Concurrently, Susan co-managed a small seafood restaurant owned and operated by her family for 21 years. When her father retired and closed the business, Susan was excited by the opportunity to relocate to Wildwood Crest.

An alumni of Rutgers University School of Business in Camden, NJ, Susan has established herself in Southern New Jersey and recently became a member of the Business Leader and Development Program. Susan is passionate about contributing to the community in which she lives and works. She gives back as a member of the Young Friends of Ronald McDonald House of SNJ who host charity events throughout Southern New Jersey. This year Susan is looking forward to contributing to their "Day at the Beach" event at Morey's Piers on the Wildwood boardwalk!

Susan excels as a sales representative because she is adept in utilizing leadership skills, creativity, and perseverance to benefit her clients. Flo DiVito is no stranger to the Wildwood area. She has lived in the Wildwoods for over 29 years! Knowing the area as well as Flo does, makes her a great resource for buying or selling real estate. Since starting in real estate in 1992, Flo's specialty is prospecting for new business, preparing complex marketing analysis, helping prospective buyers with every facet of the transaction and conducting open houses.

Always with a smile on her face, Flo can deal with all types of personalities and her top priority is making people happy. Flo, originally from Washington, DC, has been married to Mike for over 28 years and has 3 children. Always being involved in her family's affairs, she enjoys attending her grandchildren's sport events. She also cherishes her acquaintances she has made through her real estate experiences.

If you need to know something about the Wildwoods – past or present – or want to know who won the 1972 World Series, "Barnacle" Bill Laffey is the guy to see. Bill joined Oceanside Realty in 2003 as a sales associate after retiring from a 30-year career with the U.S. Postal Service’s Wildwood office. No stranger to the real estate industry, Bill has had a real estate license for more than 20 years. He has owned and operated four apartment complexes and from 1998 to 2002 he owned and operated Barnacle Bill’s Ice Cream Parlor in North Wildwood. Bill’s primary activities at Oceanside Realty’s North Wildwood office is prospecting – obtaining listings and selling properties.

A lifelong area resident, Bill is a graduate of St. Ann Regional School and a 1972 graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School. He’s a sports buff and a true community guy. Bill has volunteered as a manager for Greater Wildwood Little League baseball and currently serves as a coach for one of the league’s teams. He is a life member of the New Jersey State Firemen’s Association and former volunteer and officer with the Wildwood Crest Volunteer Fire Department. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus of North Wildwood.

Raised in North Wildwood, Bill now lives in Wildwood Crest with his wife of 24 years, Iona, a teacher at Wildwood High School. They have two children, William J. Laffey II, 22; and Megan I. Laffey, 19.

Kelly came to Oceanside Realty with 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Earning her real estate Sales Associate license in 2006, Kelly took the island by storm helping many families realize their dreams of owning a summer home. In her free time Kelly volunteers at Crest Memorial School and enjoys spending time at home in Wildwood Crest with her husband Bruce and her two children, Colin and Madison.

Bernie brings to Oceanside Realty four years of real estate experience. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve the dream of home ownership. He brings full time commitment and unbridled enthusiasm to his real estate practice. Spending Summers at the beach from Brigantine to Wildwood, Bernie knows the Southern New Jersey resort market. When Bernie is not working, he can be found at the beach windsurfing; sailing; fishing or enjoying other leisure activities.

As one of our newest and youngest members of Oceanside, Jackie has been a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent since 2002. She is a native of North Wildwood graduating from Cape May Technical High School and attending Drexel University on a Soccer Scholarship.

She has been exposed to all facets of the Real Estate world from rentals, sales and closings. Through her experience, she has acquired knowledge of not only the Wildwoods but Stone Harbor, Avalon and Sea Isle as well.

Recently relocating back to the island from Washington D.C, Jackie provides extensive knowledge of title insurance to Oceanside’s clients. Her upbeat attitude and responsiveness allows her to maintain a high level of customer service. Jackie is committed to old fashion dedication and state of the art high tech tools to ensure our clients a worry-free real estate transaction. In addition to her Real Estate License, Jackie is a Notary of the Public and Licensed Settlement Agent.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys the beach and rooting for the Phillies. She can also be found assisting her older bother and sister coaching Soccer and Basketball. Currently, Jackie resides in North Wildwood with her “baby” Dylan, a Chihuahua/Terrier Mix.

Kim is a life-long resident of Cape May County who has blended her intimate knowledge of past, present and future into a unique insight of the real estate market in and around the Wildwoods.

Kim possesses a take-charge attitude and is a valuable asset to the Oceanside team. She is in-tune with the market and regularly receives accolades from not only Oceanside clients but from her peers as well.

Kim and her husband Lance are proud parents of two daughters, Madison and Hannah.

Kathleen joined Oceanside Realty officially in 2004 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Oceanside, she spent 17 years in sales and marketing in the high technology field. Kathleen’s most recent position was as Manager of Channel Operations for Cisco Systems based in San Jose, CA. The 7 years that she was with Cisco Systems, Kathleen received many sales awards such as Top Region of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Top Vendor Representative of the Year.

Kathleen’s responsibilities were to grow sales through effective marketing programs and inventory management. She was the responsible for communications between her customer and Cisco corporate and all field sales. The Cisco business grew at her customer from 10 million annually to over 400 million dollars a year.

Kathleen’s talent truly lies in getting people in different organizations to work together towards a common goal to mutually benefit all parties involved.

Kathleen grew up in Warminster, Pennsylvania and graduated as a member of the National Honor Society from William Tennent High School. She received a bachelor’s of science degree from Drexel University in 1986.

Although Kathleen has only been at Oceanside Realty several years, real estate is not new to her. Being married to Broker/Owner Paul Chiolo since 1994, she has been exposed to the business for a long time. She has spent the last several years designing and building with husband Paul their dream home on the bay in Wildwood Crest. They both reside there today with their two sons Anthony and Michael. Most of their free time is spend with their boys traveling, going to the beach, water activities and attending all of the boys sporting events.

Lisa is a native of Wildwood, the youngest member of the Lauriello’s, one of Wildwood’s larger resident families emigrating from Philadelphia in 1950. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and its’ ongoing renaissance. Lisa attended Wildwood High School and spent much of her life working on the island. She has an extensive background in vacation rentals and uses her expertise to please both homeowner and vacationer in all aspects of the rental process. As a former Broker’s Assistant, Lisa is also sensitive to the needs of the new homeowner and is always willing to help. She is extremely delighted to be a member of Oceanside Realty, and especially proud to be the Manager of such a cutting edge rental website.

Lisa presently resides in Cape May Court House with her husband Joe of 30 years. They are the proud parents of two children, Joseph, a graduate of Salisbury University, and Alyssa, a graduate of the University of Delaware. Lisa’s community service includes volunteer work for the American Heart Association, Out of the Darkness and the Light the Night Walk.

Mike Webb is a long time resident of southern Cape May County. He enjoys both the hectic tourist season as well as the quiet off season. A graduate of Rider University, Mike has 30 years experience in the field of financial accounting. He has worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Hospitality and most recently, the Real Estate industry. Mike lives in North Cape May with his wife Madeline and their two sons, Bill and Phil who are currently attending Atlantic Cape Community College.

Shelley has been a licensed salesperson for over 9 years. She moved here from Michigan, where she was a corporate professional for over 20 years working for a Fortune 500 company. During her corporate career, she was recognized as one of their “Outstanding Employees” from a field of over 10,000. Her professionalism, excellent people skills, and great attention to detail greatly benefit the clients who work with her. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is currently a sales representative for The Grand at Diamond Beach luxury high-rise condominiums. Shelley lives in Cape May, serves on the Board of Directors of Animal Outreach of Cape May County, and won the regional fifth grade spelling bee.
